Support
Write to hello@the01.app. A person reads every message, usually within a day or two.
When does 01 come out?
When it's ready. There is no date yet, and we'd rather ship it right than early. This page and the App Store will say it first.
Which phones?
iPhone. The minimum iOS version will be listed on the App Store page at launch.
Android?
Not at launch.
What will it cost?
01 will be a subscription with a free trial, sold through the App Store. Prices will be shown there at launch. Before the trial turns paid, the app reminds you two days ahead.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone, first. Syncing to a 01 account is a choice you make kind by kind, and progress photos never leave your iPhone. You can export or delete everything at any time.
How do member numbers work?
Every member gets a numbered card, in the order they join. The first 1,000 members also get the Founding member badge.
Can I join a crew with friends?
Yes. Crews are invite-only by default, and invite links last 7 days.
